Complete electrical for apartment complex with 324 units

Project Description

Thanks to the trust of our customers, our team was able to complete the electrical installation of a new apartment complex located in Katy, TX in which Dynamic Electric Inc. took charge of the entire electrical installation from running the main power lines to the small details in each of the rooms and common areas.

Wire for Site Lighting-building house fixtures and pole lights
Provide all trenching and back fill
Wire units to work the "brilliant" smart switch control in the living/dining/kitchen under counter, and pendant lights
Material and labor to pre-wire for "ring doorbell"
Wire for and connect air conditioning units and unit heaters for buildings as needed to complete the project
Wire for all electrical connections and hook-up all dishwashers, range hoods, bath fans and disposal as needed to complete the project
Install all underground prior to street installation of furnish all labor and equipment required
Provide a temporary power connection to the field office trailer
Supply temporary power to service all construction needs of this projects
Install and label as required all photo cells, recessed panel boxes and breakers for all buildings as needed to complete all inside and outside electrical power needs
Furnish all required electrical layout, block-out and sleeves for slab, wall and beam penetrations
Provide pigtails for all the ranges, dishwashers, disposals, dryers and washers
Provide all blocking as is required for the installation of fixtures and ceiling fan
Furnish and install all HVAC disconnects at exterior of the buildings
Wired for handicap accessibility in accordance with code requirements
Fire Caulk all penetrations
Furnish power to access equipment and facilities all alarm, panel locations, sub-metering equipment and Audio and Video Equipment
Provide primary and secondary electrical
Provide Conduit for drive and walk gate operating access systems, fire alarm
Provide all tap boxes
Furnish all gear and panels
Power pool light fixtures and pool equipment
Furnish and install Floor Plugs
Furnish and install all material and labor to power owner supplied equipment like fitness equipment, Amazon locker parcel system, etc
Provide power for items shown on the landscape drawings like gas grills, exterior plugs at park areas, etc.
